1. Services and Usage

Jade Clinics provides medical consultations, diagnostic services, and related healthcare treatments as listed on our official platforms or communicated at the clinic.
All services are delivered by qualified healthcare professionals in accordance with applicable medical and ethical standards.

The clinic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice if required for operational, regulatory, or safety reasons.

2. Appointments and Scheduling

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person at the clinic.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time to complete registration and formalities.

Delays beyond 15 minutes may require rescheduling depending on patient flow and doctor availability.
In case of cancellations, kindly inform us at least 4 hours in advance so we can accommodate other patients.

3. Payments

All payments must be completed before or at the time of consultation or procedure, unless otherwise approved by clinic management.

Accepted payment modes include:

  • Domestic and international debit/credit cards
  • UPI
  • Authorized online payment gateways

All charges are in Indian Rupees (INR), and applicable GST/taxes will be added as per government regulations.
Any payment-related discrepancies must be reported to jadeclinicshyd@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction.

4. Refund Policy

Our refund process is designed to be transparent and patient-friendly. Refunds are applicable only in cases of:

  • Duplicate or accidental payments
  • Appointment cancellation before service initiation
  • Verified billing or transaction errors

Once a service or consultation has been completed, no refund will be issued.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days, and may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your card issuer or bank.

5. Patient Responsibilities

Patients are requested to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about their health, medical history, and contact details.
  • Follow all instructions given by their healthcare provider and clinic staff.
  • Maintain respectful behavior toward staff and other patients.

Any abusive or inappropriate behavior may result in refusal of service.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

At Jade Clinics, we value your privacy and ensure your personal and medical information is handled with strict confidentiality and security.

Your data is used solely for:
