At Jade Clinics, we value your trust. Our aim is to make every experience smooth, transparent, and reliable — including payments and refunds.

When Refunds Apply

Refunds are eligible only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate or accidental payment
  • Appointment cancelled before the service or consultation has started
  • Billing or transaction errors verified by our team

Note: Once a service or consultation has been completed, no refund can be processed.

How to Request a Refund

Please email us at jadeclinicshyd@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Full name
  • Date and mode of payment
  • Reason for the refund request
    Our accounts team will review your request and update you within 5–7 working days.

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method (same card or account).
Depending on your bank or international card provider, it may take 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Transaction or processing fees charged by banks or payment gateways
  • Currency conversion or international card charges

Payment Confirmation

All payments must be completed before or at the time of your appointment or procedure, unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept:
  • International and domestic debit/credit cards
  • UPI Secure online gateway payments

Currency

All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
For international cards, conversion rates are determined by your bank or card issuer.

Taxes & Charges

Applicable GST and service charges will be added as per Indian government regulations.

Disputes

If you notice any discrepancy in your payment, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
We’ll review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Data Security

All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways.
Your card details are never stored or shared.
