Prerna began her career as a rehabilitation consultant at MED-EL, contributing her expertise in audiology and cochlear implant services for nine years. In 2016, she founded Talk and Learn Rehabilitation Center, driven by her dedication to supporting individuals with special needs. The center, with two large facilities in Hyderabad, offers services such as speech therapy, swallowing and feeding therapy, stroke rehabilitation, voice therapy, and treatment for various communication disorders.
